CUPS DIVERTED FROM LANDFILL
COVID impacted our collection numbers in 2020, with many
office buildings suspending collections due to lock downs.
We're looking forward to these sites re-joining in 2021.

WELCOME
The Coffee Club - one of Australia’s largest cafe groups - is our newest Simply Cups Program Partner. The Coffee Club have started setting up collection points in their cafes (12 so far), as well as contributing funds to help us grow the program with the Simply Cups logo on their takeaway cups.
SIMPLY CUPS is so lucky to work with so many partners that care enough to be program participants who collect cups and divert them from landfill.

THANK YOU!
THANKS TO OUR CUP COLLECTORS
LENDLEASE
SHOPPING CENTRES
Shopping Centres sell a lot of coffee, and ERINA FAIR Shopping Centre in NSW was Simply Cups leading cup collector in 2020, rescuing more than 200,000 cups from landfill.
Erina Fair is owned by LendLease, who also introduced Simply Cups to all 12 of their other Shopping Centre assets.
For every cup recycled in January and February last year, Closed Loop donated $0.01 to help wildlife affected by bushfires, raising more that $15,000.
The scale of Australia’s bushfire crisis was unprecedented, and wanted to support the recovery. Rather than linking donations to sales, we decided to to motivate people to recycle instead of sending their cup to landfill. The campaign worked, with January and February being two of our best months of the year.
Donations were sent to Wires Wildlife Rescue (NSW), and Wildlife Victoria.
Thanks again for your support.
